1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kairova, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Kairova is an AI life planner that provides intelligent scheduling, task management, and gamified progress tracking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use Kairova, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us of unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Interfere with the service's operation
  • Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes

5. Intellectual Property

Kairova and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

6. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Kairova offers Pro and Ultra subscription tiers to unlock premium features. All subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your App Store account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
  • Subscription prices may vary by region and are determined by the App Store.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial or unused subscription periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kairova is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. AI-Generated Content

Pro and Ultra subscribers may use the AI Avatar Generator to create personalized Memoji-style avatar images from text descriptions. By using this feature you agree to the following:

  • You may not submit prompts that are offensive, explicit, defamatory, or otherwise violate our Acceptable Use policy.
  • AI-generated avatars are stored privately in your account and are only visible to users you choose to share your profile with.
  • Kairova is not responsible for the accuracy, likeness, or content of AI-generated images.
  • Generation limits apply per subscription tier (10/month on Pro, unlimited on Ultra) and reset on the 1st of each month.
  • Your text description is transmitted to ModelsLab for processing. No personal identifying information beyond that prompt text is shared for avatar generation.
